¼ cup vegetable oil

3 ounces of canned tuna
1 ounce anchovy
⅓ cup mayonnaise
4 tablespoons of white wine
How to Make Beef Sirloin With Tuna and Anchovy Sauce
- Add the beef to an ovenproof skillet, season it with salt, and drizzle with vegetable oil. Bake for 15 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.
- Add the ingredients for the sauce in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Serve the beef strips garnished with tuna sauce and together with some veggies.
