This is a twist on “vitello tonnato” (veal with tuna sauce) from northern Italy but also popular in Argentina. It is originally served as a starter at room temperature. Just use beef sirloin instead of veal for this one. For the creamy sauce mix the tuna with anchovy and mayonnaise and a hint of acidic white wine.
