Beef Meatball Skewers

When you’re hungry and have little time to prepare something, some nice grilled skewers are perfect for the job! Try making them with beef meatballs and put fresh veggies next to them. We’ve used onion and bell pepper, but don’t let us limit your creativity, go wild, the possibilities are endless!

Ingredients Needed for Beef Meatball Skewers

1 onion
1 red onion
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
7 ounces of ground beef
1 egg
1 teaspoon nutmeg

How to Cook Beef Meatball Skewers

  1. Thinly slice the onion for mixing it with the meat.
  2. Chop red onion and bell peppers.
  3. Add ground beef into a large bowl. Add the onion, egg, and season it with salt and nutmeg.
  4. Mix with your hands, then start making meatballs.
  5. Slide them, alongside red onion and bell peppers, through wooden skewers.
  6. Grill them for about 4-5 minutes per side.
