1 pound ground beef
½ cup cooked broccoli
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon tamari
⅔ cup cooked peas
1 spring onion, chopped
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef. Break it into smaller chunks, then cook and stir for 7 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a bowl.
- Turn the heat to low and add the eggs to the same pan. Continuously stir using a whisker until the mixture is silky.
- Add the cooked meat and stir in. Add the broccoli, peanut butter, tamari, peas, and spring onion, season with ginger powder and stir in. Cook for 5 minutes while occasionally stirring.
