Ingredients Needed for Beef and Vegetable Ciabatta Sandwich

2 mushrooms ¼ zucchini ¼ cup vinegar 2 tablespoons of honey salt 5 ounces of beef tenderloin 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 teaspoon ginger powder 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 ciabatta 2 tablespoons of yogurt 1 lettuce leaf ¼ teaspoon chili flakes 1 spring onion 1 coriander leaves chocolate syrop

How to Make Beef and Vegetable Ciabatta Sandwich

  1. Cut the carrot into thin sticks.
  2. Slice the mushrooms and the zucchini.
  3. Put the carrot sticks, the mushrooms, and the zucchini in a medium glass bowl.
  4. Add the vinegar and the honey.
  5. Boil 1/2 cup (125 ml) of water and add it in the bowl.
  6. Combine all the ingredients.
  7. Sprinkle some salt and cover the bowl. Marinate for 1 hour.
  8. Cut the beef tenderloin into strips.
  9. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the beef strips.
  10. Add ginger powder, salt, and soy sauce.
  11. Slice the ciabatta bread, horizontally.
  12. Spread the yogurt on the bottom slice of ciabatta.
  13. Add the lettuce leaf.
  14. Add marinated veggies and mushrooms.
  15. Sprinkle some chili flakes.
  16. Add the fried beef.
  17. Slice on length the spring onion and add it over the beef.
  18. Add some coriander fresh leaves.
  19. Place the top slice of the ciabatta.
  20. Enjoy!
