1 onion
¼ bell pepper
4 beeves chunks, approximately 3 ounces

How to Make Beef and Sweet Corn Skewers

  1. Slice the onion in quarters and corn cob into 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick slices.
  2. Take 2 wooden skewers and add the onion, beef, corn, red bell pepper and again onion, beef and corn.
