Ingredients Needed for Beef and Cheddar Quesadilla

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 bacon, chopped
3.5 ounces of ground beef
2 ounces of sausage meat
½ cup shredded cheddar
1 sausage, sliced
½ red bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno, chopped
1 shallot, chopped
½ yellow bell pepper
2 tortilla wraps

How to Make Beef and Cheddar Quesadilla

  1. Add the vegetable oil in a skillet and start frying the bacon. Add the ground beef and sausage meat and cook everything for about 8 minutes.
  2. Put the meat mixture in a large bowl. Add Cheddar, sausage, bell peppers, jalapeno, and shallot. Mix everything so you can fill your tortillas.
  3. Lay the mixture over one of the tortillas, and top with remaining one. Make sure you don’t lose any of the filling.
  4. Add the quesadilla on a heated skillet and cook it for about 2 minutes on both sides so the ingredients can further cook.
  5. Enjoy!
