Ingredients Needed for Beef and Cheddar Quesadilla
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 bacon, chopped
3.5 ounces of ground beef
2 ounces of sausage meat
½ cup shredded cheddar
1 sausage, sliced
½ red bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno, chopped
1 shallot, chopped
½ yellow bell pepper
2 tortilla wraps
How to Make Beef and Cheddar Quesadilla
- Add the vegetable oil in a skillet and start frying the bacon. Add the ground beef and sausage meat and cook everything for about 8 minutes.
- Put the meat mixture in a large bowl. Add Cheddar, sausage, bell peppers, jalapeno, and shallot. Mix everything so you can fill your tortillas.
- Lay the mixture over one of the tortillas, and top with remaining one. Make sure you don’t lose any of the filling.
- Add the quesadilla on a heated skillet and cook it for about 2 minutes on both sides so the ingredients can further cook.
