Bean, Cheddar, and Tomato Tortilla

How about we try something different today? Instead of rolling the tortilla, let’s bake it together with the other ingredients. The result will be – how else? – so delicious!
Ingredients Needed for Bean, Cheddar, and Tomato Tortilla
- 1 tortilla 1 cup shredded mozzarella 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 7 ounces of bean parsley 4 eggs pepper
How to Make Bean, Cheddar, and Tomato Tortilla
- Preheat the oven to 340 degrees F/175 degrees C.
- Fry the tortilla in a medium sized pan with vegetable oil.
- Cut it in 4-5 pieces and put them in a deep tray. Add the mozzarella, two thirds of the Cheddar cheese, the beans, the tomatoes, the parsley, and the rest of the Cheddar cheese on top.
- Press everything together with a spoon.
- Add the eggs on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Add some more parsley.
