Ingredients Needed for Bean, Cheddar, and Tomato Tortilla

1 tortilla 1 cup shredded mozzarella 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 7 ounces of bean parsley 4 eggs pepper

How to Make Bean, Cheddar, and Tomato Tortilla

  1. Preheat the oven to 340 degrees F/175 degrees C.
  2. Fry the tortilla in a medium sized pan with vegetable oil.
  3. Cut it in 4-5 pieces and put them in a deep tray. Add the mozzarella, two thirds of the Cheddar cheese, the beans, the tomatoes, the parsley, and the rest of the Cheddar cheese on top.
  4. Press everything together with a spoon.
  5. Add the eggs on top.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Add some more parsley.
