    vegetable oil for frying
    1 teaspoon ginger
    2 garlic cloves
    1 cup coconut milk
    1 tablespoon green curry
    ½ lime
    1 chili pepper
    salt
    pepper
    chives

How to Make Bangkok-Style Pork

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a medium cast-iron skillet to a medium temperature.
  2. Add the pork pieces in the skillet. Cook them on both sides for 3 minutes.
  3. Add ginger and coconut milk. Bring it to a boil.
  4. Add green curry, lime juice, chili, salt, pepper, and chives. Cook for 3 more minutes.
