1 cup flour
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 banana, chopped
4 ounces of peanut butter
How to Make Banana Pancakes
- Let’s start with the pancake batter. Use a blender and add flour, eggs, vegetable oil (save 1 tablespoon for frying the pancakes), and banana.
- Blend until the batter is nice and smooth. Heat a skillet, add oil and fry the pancakes for 2 minutes on each side.
- Place your pancakes one on top of the other while spreading peanut butter in-between them.
- Cover with chocolate sauce and optionally add a few raspberries.
