How to Make Banana Pancakes

  1. Let’s start with the pancake batter. Use a blender and add flour, eggs, vegetable oil (save 1 tablespoon for frying the pancakes), and banana.
  2. Blend until the batter is nice and smooth. Heat a skillet, add oil and fry the pancakes for 2 minutes on each side.
  3. Place your pancakes one on top of the other while spreading peanut butter in-between them.
  4. Cover with chocolate sauce and optionally add a few raspberries.
