1 large banana
2 teaspoons of nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1 egg

How to Make Banana Oat Muffins With Fruit Topping
- Add the banana, nutmeg, salt, baking powder, vanilla sugar, egg, cinnamon, honey, Greek yogurt, rolled oats, and milk to a blender. Blend them.
- Pour the mixture into the cups of a muffin pan. We used a 6-cup muffin pan.
- Top them with the blueberries, strawberries, red currants, apple, and almond flakes. Bake for 25 minutes at 370⁰F/185⁰C.
