1 large banana
2 teaspoons of nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons of honey
¼ cup Greek yogurt
9 ounces of rolled oats
½ cup milk
3 tablespoons of blueberries
3 tablespoons of strawberries, chopped
3 tablespoons of redcurrants
¼ apple, chopped
1 tablespoon almond flakes

How to Make Banana Oat Muffins With Fruit Topping

  1. Add the banana, nutmeg, salt, baking powder, vanilla sugar, egg, cinnamon, honey, Greek yogurt, rolled oats, and milk to a blender. Blend them.
  2. Pour the mixture into the cups of a muffin pan. We used a 6-cup muffin pan.
  3. Top them with the blueberries, strawberries, red currants, apple, and almond flakes. Bake for 25 minutes at 370⁰F/185⁰C.
