Banana Ice Cream

You don’t get to taste banana ice cream every day. Being one of our favorite fruits, we just couldn’t resist turning it into a delicious homemade ice-cream. All you need besides them is a bit of honey, lemon, and some coconut milk.

Ingredients Needed for Banana Ice Cream

3 bananas
¼ cup honey
½ cup coconut milk
½ lemon

How to Cook Banana Ice Cream

  1. Cut the banana into 1-inch (2.5 cm) thick slices.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Add the banana slices and drizzle with 2-3 teaspoons of honey.
  3. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
  4. Bake the banana for 15 minutes. Transfer to a blender. Add the remaining honey, pour the coconut milk and the lemon juice.
  5. Blend everything into a smooth mash.
  6. Pour the mixture in a baking tray and level it. Freeze the ice cream for 2 hours before serving it.
  7. Serve it with mint and bananas.
