Banana and Nutella? We bet you’re already tried and enjoyed that combo. It would be a shame if you hadn’t. This time they’re inside a warm, deep-fried tortilla, topped with some cinnamon and sugar. We don’t see any more reasons to convince you. The title and picture should be enough.

Ingredients Needed for Banana and Nutella Rolls

3 bananas
6 tortilla wraps
7 ounces of nutella
vegetable oil
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

How to Cook Banana and Nutella Rolls

  1. Slice the bananas in halves.
  2. Evenly spread 1 tablespoon of Nutella over each wrap, leaving around 1 inch (2.5 cm) border.
  3. Add a banana half over the Nutella. Wrap the tortilla around the banana. Secure with a toothpick.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep skillet (wok) over high heat.
  5. Add the tortilla rolls and cook them until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove them with a slotted spatula and coat them with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Optionally, you can serve the banana rolls with ice cream and caramel sauce.
