Ingredients

10 ounces of oyster mushrooms
salt
pepper
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons of parmesan, grated
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and add the oyster mushrooms.

Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and top with grated parmesan.

Drizzle with olive oil, then bake for 30 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
