10 ounces of oyster mushrooms
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons of parmesan, grated
2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and add the oyster mushrooms.
- Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and top with grated parmesan.
- Drizzle with olive oil, then bake for 30 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
