Ingredients Needed for Baked Egg Fritters

2 ounces of bacon
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 tablespoon grated parmesan
1 teaspoon chopped chives

How to Make Baked Egg Fritters

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
  2. Cut in small pieces the bacon.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil and fry the bacon.
  4. Separate the yolks from the egg whites.
  5. Use a mixer to beat the egg whites until foamy.
  6. Add the grated parmesan, the fried bacon, and the chives. Mix them with the egg whites.
  7. Put a parchment paper on a baking tray.
  8. Put the egg white mixture in the tray using a spoon and make 4 fritters.
  9. Bake the fritters for 10 minutes.
  10. Remove them from the oven and put one yolk in the center of each fritter.
  11. Bake for 8 more minutes.
  12. Before you serve the fritters, sprinkle some paprika powder on top.
