How to Make Baked Crispy Pork Tenderloin
- Add the fillets to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and soy sauce, season with oregano, salt, chili flakes, basil, and pepper.
- Mix to coat the meat using your hands, then marinate for 30 minutes.
- Coat the fillets first with flour, then with whisked egg and panko, line a baking tray with parchment paper, and add them to it.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 370ºF/185ºC.
