Ingredients Needed for Baked Broccoli Tots

1 broccoli head
1 onion, chopped
½ cup fresh parsley
3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 egg
salt
pepper

How to Make Baked Broccoli Tots

  1. Fill a saucepan halfway with water and bring it to a boil. Add the broccoli cut into florets and parboil it for about 2-4 minutes. Remove the broccoli from the hot water, and pat it dry using paper towels.
  2. Add the cooked broccoli, onion, fresh parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper to a blender. Blend everything into a coarse paste.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Shape the broccoli mixture into tots, and place them on the tray.
  4. Drizzle some olive oil over the broccoli tots. Bake them in the oven for 35 minutes at 380˚F/190˚C. Serve them with your favorite sauce!
