Ingredients Needed for Baileys Chocolate Mousse
2 teaspoons of gelatin
¼ cup water
¼ cup sugar
3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 ½ cups of heavy cream
½ cup baileys
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
white chocolate for topping
How to Cook Baileys Chocolate Mousse
- Use a teaspoon and mix the gelatin with cold water in a small bowl. Add the sugar in a large bowl. Add the cocoa powder and heavy cream. Mix with a spatula.
- Set up your mixer at medium speed and start mixing. Slowly pour Baileys while mixing. Incorporate it and add the gelatin. Keep mixing until soft peaks appear on the surface.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Add the mousse in a piping bag and pour it in serving dishes. One serving should be around 1/2 cup.
