Baileys Chocolate Mousse

And you’re definitely right because the creamy and delicate texture of the mousse really can’t do any harm. Add Baileys into the mix and transform your chocolate mousse into something truly unique.

Ingredients Needed for Baileys Chocolate Mousse

    2 teaspoons of gelatin
    ¼ cup water
    ¼ cup sugar
    3 tablespoons of cocoa powder
    1 ½ cups of heavy cream
    ½ cup baileys
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    white chocolate for topping

How to Make Baileys Chocolate Mousse

  1. Use a teaspoon and mix the gelatin with cold water in a small bowl. Add the sugar in a large bowl. Add the cocoa powder and heavy cream. Mix with a spatula.
  2. Set up your mixer at medium speed and start mixing. Slowly pour Baileys while mixing. Incorporate it and add the gelatin. Keep mixing until soft peaks appear on the surface.
  3. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the mousse in a piping bag and pour it in serving dishes. One serving should be around 1/2 cup.
