Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

When we think about lunch, we often think about pork. Because… pork is good! But when is wrapped in bacon it’s heaven! You can eat it with any side, like oven-baked potatoes or steamed vegetables.

Ingredients Needed for Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

    3.5 ounces of sliced mushroom
    2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
    2 rosemary sprigs
    10 ounces of pork tenderloin
    sea salt
    pepper
    18 bacon slices

How to Make Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet, add the rosemary and season it with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the mushrooms until soft.
  4. Cut in three equal pieces the pork tenderloin.
  5. In another skillet heat the remaining vegetable oil.
  6. Put the pork tenderloin in the skillet and sprinkle sea salt on it.
  7. Fry the pork tenderloin about 4 minutes on both sides.
  8. Use 6 bacon slices for each piece of pork.
  9. On your workspace, place 3 bacon slices vertically. Then, place 3 bacon slices over them, in the middle, horizontally.
  10. In the center, put 1 tablespoon of cooked mushrooms.
  11. Put 1 piece of pork over the mushrooms.
  12. Fold the bacon slices to coat the pork.
  13. Make the same for the remaining ingredients.
  14. Put the bacon pork balls in a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes.
