We’re in love with these tasty breakfast bagel sandwiches! In this recipe we used guacamole, but you can use anything you like to make the sandwich. The trick is to wrap the bagel in bacon and bake it. If you put an egg in the center of the sandwich, your breakfast will be perfect! But hey, don’t trust us! Try it!

Ingredients Needed for Bacon Wrapped Bagel

1 bagel
2 tablespoons of guacamole
3 bacon
1 egg

How to Make Bacon Wrapped Bagel

  1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Slice horizontally the bagel.
  3. Spread guacamole on the bagel and make a sandwich.
  4. Wrap the bagel in bacon slices.
  5. Put the bagel on a baking tray.
  6. Crack the egg in the center of the bagel.
  7. Bake it for 15 minutes.
