10 bacon
1 cup / mozzarella, shredded

How to Make Bacon Weave Egg Roll

  1. Whisk the eggs.
  2. Pour them in a skillet and mix them, to make scrambled eggs.
  3. Weave the bacon slices.
  4. Put the scrambled eggs on the bacon weave.
  5. Add the shredded mozzarella.
  6. Roll the bacon weave.
  7. Grease a small baking tray and pot in it the bacon roll.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes to 360 degrees F/180 degrees C.
