If you are in love with bacon, as we are, try making these sandwiches! All you have to do is weave the bacon and crack some eggs on top of it. Then, the oven does all the work! The results are crunchy, creamy and with an intense delicious flavor!

Ingredients Needed for Bacon Weave and Egg Sandwiches

6 bacon
2 toast breads
2 ounces of shredded mozzarella
2 eggs

How to Make Bacon Weave and Egg Sandwiches

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/220 degrees C.
  2. Cut in halves, on length, the bacon slices. You’ll obtain 12 halves.
  3. Wave 6 halves of bacon slices over one slice of bread.
  4. Cut the parts of bacon that hang over the bread edges.
  5. Over the bacon, put half of the shredded mozzarella quantity.
  6. Make the same thing with the other bread slice and the remaining bacon and mozzarella.
  7. Press with your fingers the centers of each sandwich.
  8. Crack the eggs and put one on top of each sandwich.
  9. Bake the sandwiches for 10-12 minutes.
  10. If you want, serve the sandwiches with ketchup or mayonnaise!
