5 ounces of sliced bacon
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup bread cubes
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
¼ cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup breadcrumbs
How to Cook Bacon Stuffed Avocado
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C.
- Cut the bacon into little pieces and fry it in a pan, with vegetable oil. Add the bread cubes in the pan. Stir them together for 3-4 minutes.
- Put the bacon and the bread in a medium sized bowl. Add the diced tomatoes, the mayonnaise, the parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together with a fork.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone. Stuff each half with the mix you have prepared.
- Bake for 5 minutes.
