Planning a cocktail party tonight? If you have all your drinks ready, you just have to take care of the snacks. Here is a delicious, sweet and salty treat, with sausages, bacon, pineapple, and a drizzle of brown sugar. Be sure to make a lot, because you’re going to run out of them!

Ingredients Needed for Bacon, Sausage and Pineapple Skewers

    6 bacon strips
    12 cocktail sausages
    ¼ pineapple, sliced into small chunks
    1 tablespoon brown sugar

How to Make Bacon, Sausage and Pineapple Skewers

  1. Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°F.
  2. Cut the bacon slices in halves. Use each half to wrap the cocktail sausages.
  3. Slide 2 wrapped sausages and 2 pineapple chunks through each wooden skewer.
  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place your skewers on it.
  5. Add a pinch of brown sugar over them.
  6. Bake them in the oven for 25 minutes and serve!
