½ cup breadcrumbs
2 bacon, chopped
2 chicken breasts
½ cup flour
1 egg
½ cup milk

How to Make Bacon Crusted Chicken Breast

  1. Put the breadcrumbs into a large bowl.
  2. Add the chopped bacon over the breadcrumbs and mix them together.
  3. Whisk the egg and milk together in order to make egg wash.
  4. Dip the chicken breasts in flour, egg wash, and crumb mix.
  5. Fry the chicken breasts until golden.

  1. Can I cook this in the oven instead of in oil? I just started on a diet and and trying to stay away from a lot of oils.
