Ingredients Needed for Bacon and Sweet Corn Snack

3 bacon
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
0.25 green bell pepper, thinly chopped
¼ red bell pepper, thinly chopped
1 tablespoon butter
3 ounces of sweet corn
chili flakes
2 ounces of shredded mozzarella
1 cucumber, sliced
2 crispbreads slices

How to Make Bacon and Sweet Corn Snack

  1. First heat a skillet and begin frying the bacon slices. Fry them until crispy.
  2. Separately, heat another skillet, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and fry the bell peppers. Add butter in the middle and let it melt.
  3. Add sweet corn and season with chili flakes. Sprinkle mozzarella on top and let it melt at the heat of the pan, while stirring.
  4. When everything is ready, take crispbreads, first add a few cucumber slices, then vegetables, and finally bacon on top.
