Ingredients Needed for Bacon and Sweet Corn Snack
3 bacon
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
0.25 green bell pepper, thinly chopped
¼ red bell pepper, thinly chopped
1 tablespoon butter
3 ounces of sweet corn
chili flakes
2 ounces of shredded mozzarella
1 cucumber, sliced
2 crispbreads slices
How to Make Bacon and Sweet Corn Snack
- First heat a skillet and begin frying the bacon slices. Fry them until crispy.
- Separately, heat another skillet, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and fry the bell peppers. Add butter in the middle and let it melt.
- Add sweet corn and season with chili flakes. Sprinkle mozzarella on top and let it melt at the heat of the pan, while stirring.
- When everything is ready, take crispbreads, first add a few cucumber slices, then vegetables, and finally bacon on top.
