How to Cook Bacon and Mozzarella Omelet
- Take a large bowl, scramble the eggs and season them with salt and pepper. Thick it with heavy cream.
- Heat a skillet, add vegetable oil and begin frying the bacon slices until crispy.
- Remove them from the pan and in the remaining fat begin frying your omelette. Add mozzarella and fried bacon, put the lid on and keep it on fire until the eggs are cooked and mozzarella begins melting.
- Serve with sprinkled chives on top.
