Bacon and Egg Toast Muffins

Ingredients Needed for Bacon and Egg Toast Muffins

2 toast bread slices
12 bacon slices, fried
1 cup shredded mozzarella
6 eggs
pepper

How to Cook Bacon and Egg Toast Muffins

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Using a small glass, cut breadcrumb discs into each slice. Lay the discs at the bottom of a 6 cup muffin pan. Line the wall of each cup with 2 slices of fried bacon, trying to make a small flower.
  3. Add the mozzarella. Crack the eggs on top.
  4. Sprinkle with some pepper.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
