1 bagel
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 bacon slices
1 teaspoon chopped spring onion
½ cup mozzarella
½ teaspoon chili flakes
How to Make Bacon and Cheese Breakfast Bagel
- Cut the bagel in half. Spread mayonnaise, add bacon slices, chopped spring onion, mozzarella and chili flakes.
- Top it with the remaining half bagel and put it in a sandwich maker for 6 minutes.
