Bacon and Cheese Breakfast Bagel

Ingredients Needed for Bacon and Cheese Breakfast Bagel

1 bagel
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 bacon slices
1 teaspoon chopped spring onion
½ cup mozzarella
½ teaspoon chili flakes

How to Cook Bacon and Cheese Breakfast Bagel

  1. Cut the bagel in half. Spread mayonnaise, add bacon slices, chopped spring onion, mozzarella and chili flakes.
  2. Top it with the remaining half bagel and put it in a sandwich maker for 6 minutes.
  3. Serve warm!
