5 ounces of cheddar, grated
2 fried bacon slices, finely chopped
5 ounces of low moisture mozzarella, grated
1 tablespoon cream cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 puff pastry sheets, quartered
How to Cook Bacon and Cheddar Jalapeno Rolls
- Add the Cheddar, bacon, mozzarella, and cream cheese to a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then mix until even using a tablespoon or a spatula.
- Take 1 jalapeno, cut its both ends, remove the seeds, stuff it with cheese mixture, then wrap it and roll it with a puff pastry sheet. Follow the same path for the remaining ingredients. You’ll end up with 16 jalapeno rolls.
- Fill a deeper frying pan halfway with vegetable oil and heat it.
- Deep-fry the rolls for 2-3 minutes, then transfer them on paper towels. Serve with a white sauce.
