Running out of snack ideas? How about trying this one? Make a simple sandwich with toast, bacon and Cheddar, and then roll it. Afterwards, cook these rolls in melted butter. It will give the extra flavor it needed, and also add a nice golden touch. And if in need of a sauce, we have that already taken care of!

Ingredients Needed for Bacon and Cheddar Bread Rolls

parsley
dill
6 ounces of yogurt
½ lime
salt
4 toast breads slices
4 bacon slices
4 cheddars slices
1 ounce butter

How to Make Bacon and Cheddar Bread Rolls

  1. First chop the parsley and dill.
  2. Use a small bowl, and mix them with the yogurt.
  3. Add lime juice and season it with salt.
  4. Flatten the toast bread using a rolling pin.
  5. Add 1 slice of bacon and 1 slice of Cheddar on top and roll the toast bread.
  6. Heat a skillet, and melt the butter.
  7. Add in the breaded rolls and fry them until golden.
  8. Serve them with the previously made sauce.
