Ingredients Needed for Avocado Twin Eggs

1 avocado
2 yolks
vegetable oil for cooking
1 teaspoon paprika powder

How to Cook Avocado Twin Eggs

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
  2. Cut the avocado in half, vertically.
  3. Remove the stone.
  4. Add the avocado halves in an oven tray.
  5. Pour a yolk in each of the avocado halves.
  6. Cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle some paprika powder before you taste.
