2 yolks

How to Make Avocado Twin Eggs
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/200 degrees C.
- Cut the avocado in half, vertically.
- Remove the stone.
- Add the avocado halves in an oven tray.
- Pour a yolk in each of the avocado halves.
- Cook in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
- Sprinkle some paprika powder before you taste.
