Avocado Ranch Dip

Are you fond of ranch dressing? Well, now you can try a healthier version of it, with avocado as the main ingredient. You can add yogurt, dijon mustard, some garlic, a few basil and coriander to bring it a fresh flavor. So how about that for your french fries?

Ingredients

3.5 ounces of yogurt
2 avocados
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves
2 fresh basil leaveses
1 teaspoon fresh coriander, chopped
salt
pepper

Steps

  1. Slice the avocados into halves and remove their pit.
  2. Add the yogurt and avocado halves in your blender.
  3. Add the Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, garlic, basil, and coriander.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Blend everything until smooth.
  6. Serve it as a dip for your favorite dishes
