Ingredients Needed for Avocado Omelet
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
½ avocado, sliced
1 chili, sliced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
How to Cook Avocado Omelet
- First whisk the eggs for the omelet. Add 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in a skillet, heat it and add whisked eggs.
- Cook them until the omelet reaches the desired consistency (preferably 1-2 minutes).
- Add the avocado and the chili slices on half of the omelet and close it with the other half.
- Add remaining slices and balsamic vinegar on top of the omelet and serve.
