Avocado Omelet

Want something simple and tasty to grab in the morning? Whip yourself up a simple omelet and serve it with sliced avocado. To spice things up, add a few chili slices next to the avocado!

Ingredients Needed for Avocado Omelet

1 teaspoon vegetable oil
3 eggs
½ avocado, sliced
1 chili, sliced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

How to Cook Avocado Omelet

  1. First whisk the eggs for the omelet. Add 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in a skillet, heat it and add whisked eggs.
  2. Cook them until the omelet reaches the desired consistency (preferably 1-2 minutes).
  3. Add the avocado and the chili slices on half of the omelet and close it with the other half.
  4. Add remaining slices and balsamic vinegar on top of the omelet and serve.
