Ingredients Needed for Avocado and Banana Smoothie

1 banana
1 avocado
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups of almond milk
bun
lemon zest
mint

How to Make Avocado and Banana Smoothie

  1. You can start with slicing the banana.
  2. Slice the avocado into halves and remove its pit.
  3. Add them in a blender along with the honey and almond milk.
  4. Blend everything until smooth.
  5. Add the ice in a separate blender and add the lemon zest and fresh mint. Blend and place the mix on the bottom of 2 separate glasses.
  6. Fill the glasses with the remaining banana and avocado mix.

    I make a banging Avocado/Banana smoothie 3x’s per week. Instead of almond milk, I use glucerna because I’m a T2. I also buy fresh bananas, cut them up and freeze them. They’ll last for six months in the freezer.
