Asparagus with Goat Cheese

A side dish, but it can also be a fine, accomplished dish on its own, this asparagus with goat cheese is very easy to put together. And not only that. The crisp and tender roasted asparagus and tangy, sharp-tasting cheese complement each other to perfection.

Well, I love to eat! I guess I always did. Tasty foods, traditional foods, fast-foods, healthy foods and, again, not so healthy ones. You name it.
