Ingredients Needed for Asparagus Stir-Fry

½ asparagus
salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ red bell pepper, sliced
½ yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 spring onion, chopped
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 radishes, thinly sliced

How to Make Asparagus Stir-Fry

  1. Add the asparagus stalks in a saucepan full of simmering water. Add a pinch of salt and boil the asparagus for 5-7 minutes, until tender.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the bell peppers and spring onion. Cook them for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the cooked asparagus and butter, and stir until the butter melts. Sprinkle sesame seeds and pour the soy sauce. Add the radishes and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat when it’s ready, and serve!
