Ingredients Needed for Asian-Style Pork and Broccoli

2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
5 ounces of pork tenderloin
salt
pepper
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
½ cup water
3 ounces of boiled broccoli
1 spring onion, chopped

How to Make Asian-Style Pork and Broccoli

  1. First heat a skillet, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and begin cooking your meat. Season with salt and pepper and add half of the soy sauce. Cook the pork until it turns golden brown.
  2. Separately, heat another skillet, and add the remaining oil. Spice up with garlic, ginger, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Mix in the pan, add the previously fried pork and boiled broccoli.
  3. Mix water with cornstarch and also add it in the pan. Cook for 2 more minutes and when it’s almost ready add spring onion.
  4. Works perfectly with rice.
