Ingredients Needed for Asian-Style Pork and Broccoli
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
5 ounces of pork tenderloin
salt
pepper
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped ginger
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
½ cup water
3 ounces of boiled broccoli
1 spring onion, chopped
How to Make Asian-Style Pork and Broccoli
- First heat a skillet, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and begin cooking your meat. Season with salt and pepper and add half of the soy sauce. Cook the pork until it turns golden brown.
- Separately, heat another skillet, and add the remaining oil. Spice up with garlic, ginger, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Mix in the pan, add the previously fried pork and boiled broccoli.
- Mix water with cornstarch and also add it in the pan. Cook for 2 more minutes and when it’s almost ready add spring onion.
- Works perfectly with rice.
