Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 ounce chopped ginger
½ red onion
3.5 ounces of alaska pollock, chopped into small pieces
½ red bell pepper
0.5 green bell pepper
7 baby corns
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 chili

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the ginger and the chopped red onion and cook 1-2 minutes until they soften.

Add the fish, bell peppers, and baby corn. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper. Add the soy sauce and the chili. Mix everything together one more time.
