½ red bell pepper

How to Make Asian-Style Alaska Pollock
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the ginger and the chopped red onion and cook 1-2 minutes until they soften.
- Add the fish, bell peppers, and baby corn. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add the soy sauce and the chili. Mix everything together one more time.
