Low-carb mouth-watering patties for everyone! Make them slightly hot and rather sweet with paprika, apple, and sweet potato. We suggest serving them over an equally low-carb side-dish. As for those of you not following any diet, why not simply using these patties for burgers?

Ingredients Needed for Apple, Sweet Potato and Turkey Patties

9 ounces of turkey mince
1 medium red onion, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 medium apple, shredded
⅔ cup cooked sweet potato
1 whisked egg
pepper
salt

How to Make Apple, Sweet Potato and Turkey Patties

  1. Add the mince, the onion, paprika, oregano, garlic, apple, sweet potato, and whisked egg to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix until even using your hands.
  2. Start forming patties from this mixture. We’ve ended up with 6 of them, but your number may vary slightly.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and transfer the patties on it. Bake for 20 minutes at 400⁰F/200⁰C.
