Ingredients Needed for Apple Pastries

2 apples
2 tablespoons of white sugar
1 puff pastry sheet
2 egg yolks

How to Make Apple Pastries

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
  2. Peel the apples and slice them.
  3. Put the apple slices in a bowl.
  4. Add the sugar.
  5. Flour your workplace.
  6. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and stretch it on your workplace.
  7. Cut the puff pastry sheet in halves.
  8. Whisk the egg yolks.
  9. Spread the yolks on one-half of the puff pastry sheet.
  10. Put half of the apple slices on it.
  11. Make the same with the other half of puff pastry sheet.
  12. Bake them for 20 minutes.
  13. Cut in slices.
  14. Serve the apple pastries with honey and cinnamon powder.
