Ingredients Needed for Apple and Pork Skewers

7 ounces of pork loin 1 tablespoon bbq sauce 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon brown sugar 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 tablespoon olive oil pepper ½ cup tomato sauce

How to Make Apple and Pork Skewers

  1. First dice the meat into small cubes so they can fit on skewers. Add them in a large bowl and create the marinade. Add barbeque sauce, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, and pepper. Cover with plastic foil and let it marinade for 30 minutes.
  2. Take the apple and dice it.
  3. Use skewers and slide apple and marinated pork in turns.
  4. Grill them for about 3 minutes on each side. Use the remaining marinade for covering the skewers after they have finished cooking on one side.
