Ingredients Needed for Apple and Pork Skewers
7 ounces of pork loin 1 tablespoon bbq sauce 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon brown sugar 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 tablespoon olive oil pepper ½ cup tomato sauceHow to Make Apple and Pork Skewers
- First dice the meat into small cubes so they can fit on skewers. Add them in a large bowl and create the marinade. Add barbeque sauce, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, and pepper. Cover with plastic foil and let it marinade for 30 minutes.
- Take the apple and dice it.
- Use skewers and slide apple and marinated pork in turns.
- Grill them for about 3 minutes on each side. Use the remaining marinade for covering the skewers after they have finished cooking on one side.
