1 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt

For the sauce:

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large red onion, chopped
2 medium-sized apples, sliced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
½ cup chicken stock
2 sage leaves

How to Make Apple and Onion Pork Chops

  1. For the pork:
