For the dressing:

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
salt
pepper

For the salad:

1 apple, cubed
1 endive, chopped
4 ounces of baby spinach
1 tablespoon walnut, chopped
1 ounce blue cheese, crumbled

How to Make Apple and Endive Salad With Honey Vinaigrette

  1. Add the red wine vinegar, olive oil, pomegranate molasses, honey, and Dijon mustard to a smaller bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix.
  2. Add the apple, endive, baby spinach, walnuts, blue cheese, and the honey-mustard dressing in a bigger bowl. Mix them.
  3. Serve garnished with more walnuts and blue cheese if desired.
