How to Make Apple and Endive Salad With Honey Vinaigrette
- Add the red wine vinegar, olive oil, pomegranate molasses, honey, and Dijon mustard to a smaller bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix.
- Add the apple, endive, baby spinach, walnuts, blue cheese, and the honey-mustard dressing in a bigger bowl. Mix them.
