This is a simple salad, and deceptively simple when it comes to its variety of flavor and texture. Bring together the bitter touch of endives with the sweetness of honey, sourness of mustard and vinegar, and the saltiness of blue cheese. The secret accent? Pomegranate molasses. Try it and thank us later!
