½ cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
salt
pepper
½ cup beer
2 fish fillets
¼ cup almond flake
vegetable oil for frying

How to Make Almond-Crusted Fish Fillet

  1. In a medium bowl, put the flour, the baking soda, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the beer and whisk them together.
  3. Coat the fish fillet with that mixture and then coat it with almond flakes.
