Ingredients Needed for Almond Chocolate Salami
4 ounces of dark chocolate, broken into pieces
¼ cup heavy cream
3 ounces of butter
7 ounces of ginger cookies, crushed
2 ounces of candied orange
½ cup chopped almonds
How to Cook Almond Chocolate Salami
- Fill a medium cooking pot halfway with water and heat it. Place a heat-proof bowl on top and add the chocolate, heavy cream, and butter. Cook and continuously stir until melted.
- Add the cookies, melted butter chocolate, candied orange, and almonds to a bowl. Mix until even.
- Place a parchment paper over a larger plastic wrap on the work surface. Add the chocolate mixture on the parchment paper and roll. Try to give it a cylindrical form. Also, wrap it in plastic. Refrigerate for 60 minutes.
