How to Make Almond Butter
- Preheat the oven to 360°F/180°C.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Spread the almonds on it on an even layer, then move the tray to the oven and roast for 10 minutes. Remove and allow the almonds to cool.
- Add the roasted almonds to your food processor and pulse for 10-12 mins, stopping often to scrape the sides down.
- Add the honey and pulse again to combine the ingredients.
