This burger casserole has 3 types of cold meats in it, sriracha sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan. It’s not a fancy recipe, but one with lots of flavor, that for sure will be highly enjoyable. So, grab a few friends, and invite them over to cook these burgers, because they’re best when shared with others!

Ingredients Needed for 3-Deli Meat Burger Casserole

    6 burger buns
    3 prosciuttos
    5 turkey hams
    5 pastramis
    2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce
    2 ounces of mozzarella, sliced
    2 yolks
    1 ounce parmesan, shredded

How to Make 3-Deli Meat Burger Casserole

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C.
  2. Slice the burger buns. Use the lower bun to cover an oven tray. Top them with prosciutto, turkey ham, and pastrami.
  3. Evenly spread the sriracha sauce. Top with the mozzarella slices.
  4. Close the burgers with the top layer of the bun.
  5. Whisk the egg yolks and evenly spread them over the burger bun. Shred some parmesan on top.
  6. Slide them in the oven for the next 15 minutes. Slice the burgers when ready, and serve them individually!
