Here is a nice treat, pleasant to the taste buds and also to the eye. Add some color to the classic mozzarella to liven it up, and serve it in a nice, crispy bread, spread with melting butter. To make it perfect, leave it for about a minute on the heat, so that the mozzarella can slowly melt. Tell your friends to drop by, and surprise them with a colorful surprise.

Ingredients Needed for 3-Color Mozzarella Sandwich

3 cups of shredded mozzarella 0.25 tomato, diced parsley ¼ yellow bell pepper, chopped 3 ounces of butter 12 breads 2 onions 8 bocconcinis ½ cup flour

How to Make 3-Color Mozzarella Sandwich

  1. Split the mozzarella into 3 different bowls.
  2. Add separately each of the food colorings in the bowls.
  3. Add the diced tomato over the red mozzarella.
  4. Add the parsley over the green one.
  5. Add the yellow bell pepper over the yellow one.
  6. Mix the ingredients in each bowl until the only color you get is the one you added.
  7. Spread the butter over the bread slices.
  8. Heat a skillet and add 1 bread slice.
  9. Add each type of colored mozzarella on top of the bread.
  10. Finally, top with another bread slice.
  11. Let the mozzarella melt and serve it warm!
