3 ounces of leftover chicken
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 bacon, chopped
¼ red bell pepper, diced
¼ yellow bell pepper, diced
0.25 green bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon bbq sauce

How to Make 3-Color Fried Bell Pepper With Chicken and Bacon

  1. Take off the meat out of the bone and chop it. Heat a skillet, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and begin frying the meat. Add bacon and bell peppers and fry for 1 minute while stirring in the pan.
  2. Add BBQ sauce and let it leave its flavor. Fry for 1 more minute than turn off the heat.
  3. Serve warm!
